Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation,

The cancellation fee regulations are as follows:

- If payment has been made at the time of reservation, the amount will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.
- For cancellations where payment is made on the same day, a payment form will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of reservation, so please pay from there.
In other cases
No cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases.
- Natural disasters such as earthquakes
- Transportation suspension due to bad weather
- Unforeseen accidents/troubles
- If you know in advance that the destination will be closed suddenly and the course cannot be held.
※If the course is canceled during the course, 20% of the course price will be refunded.
Privacy Policy
IKI.Concierge (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this policy”) regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “this service”).
Article 1 (Personal Information)

- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle we will not disclose information other than personal information, such as historical information and characteristic information.
Article 7 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.)
- If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) his/her personal information because that information is being handled beyond the scope of the intended purpose of use or has been obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
- If we determine that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation under the preceding paragraph, we will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
- When the Company suspends the use of the Service pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when the Company decides not to suspend the use of the Service, the Company will notify the User without delay.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use, etc. would involve a significant amount of expenses or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the User can be taken, such alternative measures will be taken.
Article 8 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise specified by laws, regulations, or otherwise in this policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
